What this table leaves outAXEN Elite and small deals, Real team and Elite caps, Real and RE/MAX.
AXEN also has an Elite plan: $1,000 per closing, capped at $12,000. On either AXEN plan, a sale under $2,500 of commission pays 10% of it instead of the flat fee, and leases, rentals and referrals pay 10% (max $500 on Pro, $1,000 on Elite) plus a $50 admin fee. All of it counts toward the cap. AXEN fees as of October 2026; every AXEN fee is on the pay plans page. At Real, the cap is lower for team members and Elite agents pay $100 a transaction after the cap instead of $285, so a high-volume Real agent pays less than the table below shows. Real bought RE/MAX in August 2026, so its fees may change as the two combine. Fees change; always confirm with each company in writing.

Pass the admin fee on, and what is left outYour AXEN total can drop to $6,600.
Many AXEN agents pass the $295 admin fee to their client at closing. If you do, your AXEN total drops to $6,600. Pay the platform fee yearly and it drops another $100. Sign-up fees are left out because you pay them once. So are MLS and association dues, for every company here — those are your own wherever you hang your licence. All of these are the September 2026 fee schedules.
